Great points Gus. Particularly the remark about the executives migrating to EMC. People of that caliber don't casually change companies. I'd sure like to see their compensation packages. Stock incentives? Presumably...

Not mentioned was Bill Gates. Living here in Puget Sound I am often reminded of his separate company. His contract requires him to sell a million of MSFT on regular sales. He could either buy EMC through either corporation. In talking to local EMC persons that would be all right with them. Boeing continues to build paperless aircraft using lots of EMC storage here in this part of the world.
