Another incomprehensible leap of reasoning - "improve the population's living conditions" (my statement) vs "permanent Israeli occupation" (your statement). He should be burnt at the stake :) It might be a little difficult to "provide social services" to his people when he is holed into his little building, incommunicado with the outside world, under heavy bombing most of the time, though :)
