The interesting question to ponder now is why is the guy still using the white/cream Van with ladder racks? It's almost like the guy WANTS to get caught. The police should just ask people to phone in all license plate numbers of light colored vans with ladder racks. How many can there be in the DC area? If only start with Astrovan then I'd think only a couple hundred. Then police should investigate all the vans. Very wierd, why not use a white caravan w/o roof racks? Much more common. Something isn't adding up here. mdb
