Good point. A profilist mentioned that with "all eyes" on a white van, in a parking lot after an incident everyone looks for the white van and may overlook any OTHER car that might be noteworthy.

I am impressed with the road blocks and shutdowns that law enforcement can instigate in a short period of time. This person must be local with the short timelines.

""""Shootie, witnesses report seeing a white van driving away from the scene. I highly doubt the shooters are parking anywhere near any vehicles with people in them that then drive away after likely hearing a shot fired right next to them. However, like you, I am also searching *any* possible reason how these guys could have evaded the dragnet.""""

Jeff, I'm suggesting that the shooter sits next to a white van and waits till it moves off and then fires.....people hear the shot....and a hundred yards away the white van is seen.... this is not too hard to do.
