Not usually, but then this is not usual times - especially for the police. Put another way after 10/11 shootings, if he was using a stolen car the police would have recovered atleast one by now.

The guy is hiding in plain sight, selecting his location and planning his get away. Only when he is in position does he pick a target.

Where is a VIN number located on a car? Anyone know...? There is a car parked in the area that just stays there, and no one knows who owns it..
