There's a thought. The sniper in a small dark car pulls alongside a white van/truck/SUV and shoots his victims, then drives off. The white van/truck/SUV driver is oblivious to what has just occurred but sees people staring at him funny so he takes off in a suspicious manner. This sniper has to be the worst ever. I hope they bring in a team of real experts to help catch this guy. The keystone DC cops seem to be very incompetent.
