I think he finds his spot, then gets his rifle out and looks through the scope. That's when he picks a target, pulls the trigger and slowly drives away.

The media was commenting over the weekend on how he seems to be targeting people by themselves. The husband of the lady just killed was standing next to her, at least that's a report I heard on radio just a while ago.

It might seem a little hokey but this van could be transported and hidden from view by a semi-truck and trailer. If we have terrorists here they would have the money for the infrastructure.
