I was currently only talking about IRS public disclosure regulations in that specific post. SEC, FTC, CFTC and other agencies are probably more appropriate venues for your full disclosure campaign.

When you apply for non-profit status, you know ahead of time you must file an IRS Form 990, which is a public disclosure. Corporate and personal income tax regulations are in a separate section of the IRS code. The probablity of finding corporate tax returns on the Internet is as likely as finding your personal income taxes online. I'm sure you do not want that much disclosure <grin>
