Sold another 1/6th of my EP position mostly because it had gotten too big as a percentage of my portfolio. Overall, it's acting well and the recent uptrend is still intact. Based on fundamentals, options (huge Nov put/calls around 7.5), and uncertainty until the FERC ruling I expect EP to stay roughly in a 6.5 to 8 trading range until mid Nov.

Earnings are on Nov 8th. If they keep the dividend in place and detail more solutions on reducing debt it could see 10 again before the FERC ruling. Very hard to say in this market.

Not selling any more shares until at least 10. Will buy if we go under $6 again.

EP bonds are up a little today.
