If you're going to play the game of "include this item, exclude that item, one-time charge for this, etc." (which I don't think the investing public trusts anymore), then I still don't get your numbers.

In Q3 '01, INTC had and EPS of $0.10, excluding acquisition-related charges, and they had $0.11 this quarter, again excluding the charges. Looks like a YOY EPS increase of 10%, and a YOY GAAP EPS increase of 400%.
