That is, assuming I could wave a magic wand and make it so. I don't think the world will be improved by the US going to war with any nation whose leader it doesn't like. Even if he did try and kill Bush's daddy (which I rather doubt, I can't recall that Saddam invaded the US, quite the opposite). DON'T feed me bullshit about how the US is in any way threatened by Saddam. If you're really so f*ucking gullible you believe Cheney, and can't comprehend how bizarre that notion is, think about how easy it would be to turn Iraq into a large radioactive crater and how Iraq can do exactly f*uck-all to stop it. You want threats? WMD? Really dangerous countries? Go disarm Pakistan, India and China. LOL. So I surely think that there are better and more productive ways for the US to spend its time and efforts, especially if it really wants to make the world a better place. If it wants to be an imperial power looting resources from less militarised countries to enrich the oil barons, that's a different question. But don't cloak greed under pious shite about how it's for the good of the natives, still less half-witted propaganda that would have had Goebbels jeering at its simplicity even while he sympathised. Questions for you. Do you think the US is setting a good precedent by calling publicly for the assassination of the head of an independent sovereign state? Do you think it's a good precedent if the US invades Iraq in a 'pre-emptive' strike? (that's goes in first, without Iraq doing anything to threaten the US). -- Hint, would it be good if China occupied Korea? dangerous neighbour, WMD, and all that. And lastly, why do you think I don't bother posting on 'My House'?
