I am reading Ambrose's "D-Day." I had not realized how good it was. Just an excellent read! The man could really tell a story. BTW, I saw the "Indy" Movie, "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" yesterday, and it is terrific! Probably the best "Indy" made in a long time. If you have a second, give me a recommendation for an Ambrose book to read. A hint. I read the recent railroad book, or rather, read in it, skipped around, and concluded I had better things to do. I asked around and got that judgment from friends--that his later books were not as good as his earlier ones. So what's a good earlier one. Or, if you disagree with that judgment, a good later book. Save the railroad book. Which you've said you like.
