It could be there is just one specific person being targeted. Maybe Franklin had information on U.S. government knowledge of 9/11 prior to it happening. Anything is possible. Do you remember the Quebec French wanting to separate from Canada? The leader of the Quebec party contracted flesh eating disease and almost died. Prior to him contracting it there was a quick rash of cases right across the country which were front page news every night. The country was scared and familiar with the disease and then it struck Bouchard. What are the chances of the one person who can separate the country at odds of 1 in 22,000,000 contracting this disease? After Bouchard the disease went away...
