Al, <we have elected a president of reasonable intellect and with less than superb on the fly verbal skills.> Actually, I'm sure his verbal skills are much better than it seems. I think when he speaks in public, however, he has to hold back his "plain-speaking" style of communication, which is why he hesitates so much. Otherwise, the press is bound to exaggerate and put more meaning into his words than he intended. After all, remember the "Wanted: Dead or Alive" comment? Boy did that get picked up by the press, especially in the wake of 9/11. Tenchusatsu
