Wasn't it raining in the D.C. area the past couple of days? I was thinking that this might be the reason that there wasn't any activity. That or the announcement of the air surveillance.

Nah, Janice. As someone who over the last few years have had to deal with many weirdos, I think you can probably figure that one out. This guy kills because he is deranged. He kills for the thrill. He just got a huge orgasm: shot down several major highways and city street, biggest manhunt ever, the media talks about him before they talk about Iraq, they are bringing in the army...how can the rush get bigger? This is more excitement than he expected: that is the ULTIMATE sicko rush for him. Now, he needs to readjust. He will strike again we he - wrongly - will assume that things are more quiet out there.
