How about I agree with you but don't? A spree but... a man on a mission. Colder and more calculating that someone who is insane. I don't think he's crazy. I don't think he's lost it. He's a killer trained by our government, I think, as a redneck trained by our government thinks and told me. And only someone trained better will take him out. And we'll never know. The killing will just stop. Neutralize.

In some ways, this sniper has components of all three... what I pointed out in my post were the emotional differences that make up the nomenclature, I had a full career in law enforcement and those are the differences according to FBI and FDLE definitions, but I'm not an expert on snipers specifically...
