If N.Korea was still reprocessing plutonium, which they stopped in 1994, they would be capable of producing about 30 nukes / year by now. The framework agreement at least slowed them down and had it not been for Pakistan's help they probably would have been stopped. Great effort, good results, poor hindsite carping.

The Nobel Peace prize is pretty meaningless anymore but I do trust Carter to give the cash to a worthy cause.
