I think this mighty rally may surprise us by turning out to be an ABC, where C is an ED. Much detail may be "lost" in the gaps, but the overall shape, I think, is suggestive.

Specifically The ABC Which Comprise Hochberg's (2) Up

We appear to have completed, or almost completed the C of (2) which took the form of an ED.

Which would mean that we are about to begin the (3) down
