Doug: ARTG - nice move today, missed it. Been watching it since you posted it along with some other stocks a while back. I've been a little tentative lately re buying stocks. I guess I'm in the preserve capital mode. Been successful catching the QQQ and SPY for a little run after they were way oversold. bruce ps: what do you think about QCOM? It had a nice breakout over 30. Missed that also. Looking for it to come back down and retest.
