A couple years back I think they did sell some TracPhones to the US Navy, so there is precedent. Also, I think there may have been Coast Guard sales. Then remember I posted last week that the Pentagon has temporarily banned wireless communications because of security issues, and that Inmarsat is already STU-III qualified. Then, remember these?
