Single shots at 100 meters just didn't cut it, the one time he tried to hit a moving target I think a lot of people are comparing him to a Target Shooter. As they say in Pro Golf, it is a lot harder "Between the Ropes" It takes skill to get this high a "Kill Ratio." I don't think he was a Military Sniper. That pool of shooters is just too small to produce someone who would do this. It is such a crazy thing to do that I still suspect Terrorists. They(I believe there are two) may have quit now due to the search pressure.
