Ashland, a suburb of Richmond. Has to do with a restaurant. Not saying whether it was inside or outside.

Edit: now they're saying it happened in the parking lot.

Logical. I believe the sniper has above average intelligence.
He's over 30 years old. He wants to strain the resources of
the local, state and federal government. He may be tied to
the Muslim terrorists, or he's just wanting to take out his
anger on society.
I have expected, as of a day or so ago, that he would move
farther away from his previous "hits", because things were
getting too hot for him. I believe he could see how fast
the authorities shut down the area so he's figured he needs
to move to other areas. This will also cause him to strike
less often.

I sure wish they'd arrest this scumbag!

If this is the work of the same guy, and he, as seems to be the prevailing thought, lives in or around Montgomery County, he's got a long ride home tonight-- even longer if he plans to use local roads.
