I think there is some reason to believe that this nut lives to the east of Route 301 in Prince George's County, Maryland, or to the east of Route 301 in a Virginia County. Here are some facts. Earlier I posted that an escape route in the Bowie shooting would lead the nut to Route 50. He had a choice to go into downtown Washington or go east to Route 301 and then south. If we look at the Fredericksburg shooting, we see that Route 3 leads again to Route 301 for another escape. If we go to the shooting in Massoponax, we can see that Route 17 leads to Route 301. If we go to the shooting in Ashland, we see that Route 54-- where the shooting occurred--leads directly to Route 301. I don't know if Route 301 is being closed down but it is a road familiar to some locals who use it to avoid the Washington Beltway and Route 95.
