Where have Biden and the rest of the Senators been the last several years on North Korea....??? If they all knew since at least 1999 (and the report is from 5 years before...so 1994) WHY haven't our Senators and the House members raised h*ll.....Who were the ones who have raised such a ruckus about the US having the capability to protect ourselves with NMD....and WHY? We still have no protection against incoming missiles.

Biden is very transparent here with his 'real thoughts'....

Sure, a limited ground-based national missile defense might someday be capable of shooting down a handful of North Korean missiles aimed at Los Angeles, but it will do nothing to defend our Asian allies from a North Korean missile attack.
