Lindybill - I am not the one continuing this subject. This subject was almost over between me, Nadine, and another contributor when CB decided that the lawyer answering her comment was not a real lawyer and said, among other remarks, "we won so we are correct", which I feel needs an answer.

And, no, the subject of whether or not those people in Guantanamo are POWs is not "silly".
