Hmmm, I hadn't thought about the name of the flour. -g Yes, White Lily is particularly good for biscuits because it's ultra-processed and bleached. No redeeming nutritional value whatsoever, which should make it the My House flour of choice. Louisville is a nice little city, BTW. My friends live in an absolute jewelbox of a house within the city limits: a Victorian with four fireplaces and ten foot ceilings. There are great little restaurants and galleries within a two block walk. I was very jealous of all that "culture" at their fingertips. And it didn't hurt that I met the Kentucky Poet Laureate while visiting their poetry publishing house with them. That was a thrill.
