"a catchy new label...old wine new bottle..." Not quite. What set CRM apart (and above) the old existing STAND ALONE applications is that its striving to unify the whole gambit into one seemless package. In this case 1 + 1 = 3 if you will :) As far as value is concerned you have to ask yourself how valuable is it to retain your customers? Granted - when the economy is in the sh*tcan not too many companies are going to shell out big bucks for applications they already have in some form or fashion (many times home grown systems). Money will be spent supporting existing apps and not on new ones. I would be buying SEBL for the business they should reap AFTER the recession is over with.
