And there are homeless people lying in doorways, standing on street corners with signs 'will work for food' in this country. "they often find the poverty of the locals picturesque, so long as it is not too squalid, rather like taking a tour of a human zoo, with quaint costumes and huts and whatnot.", oh like the boxes or bridges people in this country live in or under? How about the dumpster divers hoping to find a leftover hamburger? That's this country.

Back to my question, How is Vietnam better off because we were there exfoliating their jungles and killing and maiming women and children and old men along with VietCong. How is this country better off that many of those on street corners are Vietnam veterans?
