Look at MBI & ABK. But keep in mind that if a muni defaults, all the insurers have to do is service the interest for up to 30 years and only pay off the principal at maturity, and it seems to me that's not too difficult to hedge against with some zero coupons. And they have the horsepower to lean on the Fed for some inflation in lieu of financial Armageddon...
