let me share some FRUSTRATION with U(s) -- Today, I 'ordered' (sort of, I think), over the internet, a multi-bay extra 2hr battery thru the CPQ/HPQ website I've used for 3+ yrs.: 1) I had a question concerning re-charging of the new multi-bay battery (i needed for extra time when I'm at the pool in FL next week for 7 months) - so I called the tel# for an answer - I was told to call 3 different #s until I finally got someone who could answer my simple ?? 2) They couldn;t answer my ?? but quoted me a price 10% GREATER than what the website was showing -- so, of course, I said I'd order it over the website 3) The process of ordering was painful and ended up saying "your credit card was denied" bnecause on info you supplied --- I confirmed the info was correct and that they should just reprocess ! 4) I got a "tentative-possible" confirmation and an order # with the stipulation that they would 'just' repocess the request. 5) 2 hrs later, I wanted to confirm that the re-process was successful (and that I would recieve my neede order) -- lo and behold this took me 1+ hrs and 7 calls/switchings to tell me (among 'who are U? or HUH?) that NOTHING except that my credit card company refused because of ??? - they didn't know --- but, would try to re-process with within the next 4hrs (how nice, how sprredy <YUK>) 6) just in case, I called my credit card company and they said "THERE WAS NO RECORD OF ANY REFUSAL/REQUEST FOR CREDIT IN THE PAST 6hrs AND FOR SURE NOTHING FROM HPQ nor CPQ" 7) 3hrs INTO THE MISSION ---- re-called HPQ/CPQ or whomever - "THEY'LL LOOK INTO IT" - DUH!!!! 8) I said "If I weren't a HPQ shareholder and committed to their products, I'd go elsewhere" ---- a GIGGLE at their end of the line. 9) LOOKING (?-!-eek) forward to buying more stuff from HPQ in the future .... sure (beam me up and get me out-of-here!) Michael (I'm close to selling me last small block (10K) - originally had 125K shares - WILL MISS y'all <BIG TIME> when I do)
