How about he trades his gun in for something like a nice size bomb with a timer and place the bomb under a school bus loaded with children. Placing a bomb would take less planning and less risk getting caught.

Also, do know how many leads would be created for the police to track down if the text and images was released?

If he keeps killing without being trashed or played with by the authorities, the authorities will be able to say that they were not responsible for escalating his actions by getting him more pissed than he already is.

Small risk from my perspective....he's going to keep shooting until he is taken down. We might as well publish anything that might help somebody recognize his style.
