James you are to much into conspiracies <GGGGG> I do think that the CAL energy crisis got Enron. People my be ignorant but they are not stupid. MSFT knew how to get out of the Justice Dept. clutches they learned were the limits are Enron was way to arrogant and do not kid yourself regarding GE they have plenty of skeletons in their GECC operations.
