I don't see how the Administration has violated the 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments. You see pretty well for an old guy.....<g>

it's hard for me to understand how you can argue for suicide and pot I'm not arguing for suicide and pot, I'm arguing that the States and the people have the right to make their own decisions when the Constitution has not given the Feds power/authority in that area, the 10th. If the voters of Alaska opt against doctor assisted suicide or medical applications of cannabis, so be it. The Feds should stay out of it. I'm would like to see more Democracy and less Republic in this Democractic Republic. Allow the people to decide what it is they want, if they screw up, they'll change it. And maybe in the process they'll take a little more interest in what's going on then they have been. The Judicial will make sure that they stay in bounds of the Constitution. jttmab
