That portion of my message referred to other portions of your message(s). I was too lazy to cut and paste each and every relevant quote down. Please forgive :) I think I just get frustrated that folks get so enamored with each and every new buzz word that comes down the pike and totally lose sight of the customers needs and requirements. Remember there are many players that take part in the decision making process. Top management is one, the end user is another and the IT folks are the 3rd. Don't focus on just one player and lose sight of the others.
