i live in howard county--play golf at layhill and bel pre--my feeling is that the guy is from that area--when he went to va--he shot near major highways--in the aspen hill area he wasn;t really near any major hwys-i think he flipped out on oct 2--and when he wasn't caught-he was shocked--and decided he really liked the game--and the moose on the loose has really helped him--they need to do a neighborhood by heighborhood questioning--i would circl an area around aspen hill and knock on doors--and ask everyone about there neighbors
