Is the market starting to look beyond the next 2 quarters for SCE companies? The strength seen these past few days suggests that the turn might be happening. I continue to be short term bearish on the market but it's important to view what's happening in the market vs. what one's opinion might be. Sure looks like a change in the weather. I still side with the bear market rally theory but it's worth considering the opposing view. Have we hit a bottom in this sector? (stock price wise, not necessarily orders/billings wise)
