Wow! I didn't know that. That seems to be a mistake. They can't be easily mixed.

Given the details of the MSFT deal, the CRM power of dotNET, and with this item, I can see that SEBL's geopolitics have substantially brightened their prospects.

there is a solid business reason for this..., imho

'CRM' started as souped up SFA and migrated to mining transactional data in an attempt to add value and justify software cost and increased stock value

SEBL has attempted to add additional value by absorbing Customer Service and Strategic sourcing...like i2 et al...

SEBL's world is like an oreo cookie, DSS on the bottom, ERP in the middle and a PORTAL on the top.

ORACLE did the natural thing and dragged CRM in the middle since they have the top, middle and bottom

SEBL? we'll see :)
