The continuing saga – Part 12
Reformatted for easier reading – errors in the ‘original’ have not been corrected.

Q Looking at the -- I guess page -- what's listed as page 3 of 12. Here. There's a post by Deak-Perera, Friday 21st of the May, 1999.

A Mm-hmm.

Q Is that post somehow responsive to document for request 2?

A Sure. Sure. It's Richard Marchese posting. It's Richard Marchese or Robbie Deak. The posts were signed in two ways. 3100 The Strand is this person's home address, as Richard Marchese's home address at the time. But the posts were also signed as Deak-Perera Capital Markets and Robbie Deak. So there's probably multiple people using this account at Raging Bull, but nevertheless the less, what it shows -- it shows that Richard Marchese posting here who lives at -- it could be Christina Christianson, his wife, because she also lives at 3100 The Strand or this fictional Rich Marcassi, that they created. He said that he lived at 3100 The Strand. These people are trying to intimidate other people on the -- on this thread. If you put it in the context, you will see the terror they're creating against people who are either invested or tricked into investing in the stock that they are moving a market in. So what you have is you have Richard Marchese or Robbie Deak or Christina Christianson or the fictional Rich Marcassi or they said Dante deLavaguey lived at 3100 The Strand too. But you have one of these characters in the Marchese clan who are intimidating investors on how to move a market on the Internet.

Q As you sit here, how do you know who posted that message?

A It says right here that his home address is 3100 The Strand. Others post of his were signed as Deak-Perera Capital Markets and Richard Marchese is the owner/operator of Deak-Perera Capital Markets according to his own under oath or sworn testimony in California court, and other posts were signed by Robert Deak who is the president -- C.E.O. of Deak-Perera.

Q You posted messages in the past using the name Jason Nelbert, did you not?

A Right, I sure did.

Q So it's possible and it has occurred that people post using other people's names?

A Sure.

Q Okay. So you have no proof that this post came from Mr. Marchese?

A Well, sure I do. I'm sitting here -- I'm being sued. Here's the guy posing as Richard Marchese at 3100 The Strand, manipulating the stocks on the Internet, saying he worked for Deak-Perera Capital Markets, who Richard Marchese is the owner/operator of -- signing his posts as Deak-Perera Capital Markets, signing his posts as Robbie Deak. You know, cohorting with Richard Marchese's clan, on the Internet -- okay. Why isn't Richard Marchese suing him for impersonating him? Why is he suing me? This guy is on the Internet doing mob tactics. You think if Richard Marchese is so sensitive about the mob, wouldn't he be going after Deak-Perera who is posing a mobster, using his name, his company name, is address -- he would go after the person that Mr. Argentar is suggesting is posing as Richard Marchese or the owner/operator of Deak-Perera Capital Markets and/or Robert Deak.

Q So my question is: You don't know definitively who posted this message?

A Well, you can compare the spirit of this one with this one. It's the same mob tactics applied. He admitted to posting this one. I mean, he -- all right. You're right. It is not like somebody else living at the same address as Richard Marchese, who owns the same company as Richard Marchese, whose president is the same president as Richard Marchese of Deak-Perera. It it's like -- Rick Marcassi story all over again. It's just another fictional character.
