You build a big bonfire, but don't let them start their own....instruct on heavy petting, but don't let them .... something <g> ...... hmmmm.

My kids still let me influence their music choices, but my fifth grader already resists. My fourth grader put together a compilation the other week, she picked the tunes from my stash of MP3's....and it ranged from Joan Jett to Ike and Tina Turner to Neil Young to Coldplay to the Beatles. A friend of hers really liked it, took it home and played it, and the friend's Dad asked for a copy LOL

I kid you not, Mike got the same response from Emily, when he offered to make a disk for the kids at her party 2 weeks ago. "NO THANKS DAD."
