The continuing saga – Part 17
Reformatted for easier reading – errors in the ‘original’ have not been corrected.

Q This document on the top of it, exhibit 13 says permeating the cyber membrane into the new world order by Gary Dobry, correct?

A Correct.

Q And insofar as this document contains material from other sources, you are the one who assembled and put them in -- on to your web site, correct?

A To -- again, I defer to the caveat that Mr. Richter said because I haven't looked at these 67 pages. You know, my web site I did. I don't know if it's been hacked into in the meantime or what's go gone on in the meantime because what's the date today.

Q The 29th of March?

A Yeah, I haven't looked at it since then. I don't know if it was hacked. I don't believe it was. Was I was on my come pewter yesterday but there was no alarm on my fire walls I have to defer to what Mr. Richter just said.

BY MR. ARGENTAR:
Q To your knowledge, permeating the cyber membrane into the new world order, that document is still accessible on your web site?

A Yeah, the one that I wrote is accessible, yes.

Q So -- strike that. Can you tell me what this document is?

A Sure. It's research I'm doing on stock manipulation through the Internet.

Q What is the subject of the document?

A Organized crime manipulating stocks via the worldwide web.

Q Does it deal with terrorism, drug dealing, things of that nature? Is that referred to in this document?

A Maybe you could point out to me where you're talking about them and I will let you know if it is or not.

Q Sure.

A Sure.

Q Looking at page 65 of 67, for example?

A 65. Hold on. 62. 64. 65. Okay.

Q The last paragraph on that page says, Somewhere deep in the mire of the OTC cesspool, free shares bought, with dirty, drug and/or taxable money, finance the New World Order. Is that a reference to drug money?
4 A That's exactly what it says, Mr. Argentar.

Q I'm asking you what it says.

A It says, Somewhere deep in the mire of the OTC cesspool free shares, bought with dirty, drug and/or taxable money, finance the new world order.

Q And this -- this document sets forth your -- your theory or understanding of -- of organized crime as it relates to the over-the-counter stock market?

MR. RICHTER: I object to the ambiguity of the question. Are you still referring to page 65 or are you referring to the whole document?

MR. ARGENTAR: I'm referring to the whole document, permeating the cyber membrane into the new world order.

THE WITNESS: I think you would be hard pressed to convince anybody that there's no organized crime in the stock market.

Q Okay?

A So I don't understand your -- your question -- can you read back his last question?

(Record read as requested.)

THE WITNESS: Maybe you could tell me the theory that you think I'm saying. What theory are you mentioning.

MR. RICHTER: Mr. Dobry, if you don't understand a question you can ask him.

THE WITNESS: That's what I'm asking.

MR. RICHTER: So you don't understand.
