IG, True. I was really referring to the idea of having a USA hegemonist, with one set of laws for USA citizens and another for aliens, or, in the common lingo, niggers, with a reduced 'military tribunal' approach to habeas corpus and all that boring old universal human rights, one law for all, etcetera which China used to be lectured about.

We niggers get a bit nervous when Big Brother comes to town. Fortunately, the USA is by and large a 'good colonist', though Japanese who have had their daughters raped by military thugs and whose culture is trampled by loud, vulgar, aggressive, obnoxious young men [as I saw in a Japanese youth hostel once upon a time] easily develop a different perspective. The Japanese should not complain too loudly while their victims in Nanking and Korea are still alive, seeking apology.

Heck, even we Kiwis, whose ancestors fought Nazis while Yanks were still hiding behind the Atlantic supplying the Nazis, have felt a touch of the whip because we didn't do as we were told and were going anti-nuclear. With friends like that, who needs enemies? We were merely ahead of the crowd. Now, the rest of the world, including the USA, is looking for ways to reduce MAD as policy - Gorby got the idea really fast and Ronald Raygun nearly took him up on it in Iceland. Ron was stopped by the Princes of Darkness advising him to stay with the Dooomsday Clock set at a minute to midnight and continued to support Osama and the friendly neighbourhood Mujahadeen in Afghanistan -- oh dear, that was a BIGGGGG mistake, with dead in Moscow today thanks to backing the wrong gang then. Even 3 or 4 years ago, the USA was supporting the freedom fighters in Chechnya, but they know now that Russia is their friend - NOT the Chechen Moslem Head-Hackers.
