You are right but who says this is over.
Looks like they are going to run this thing for the elections..
Not saying this is a New Bull..but they arent going to make this easy for the shorts or the longs..

BTW I mainly follow Point and Figure and bothe the NYSEBP and OTCBP are in X'x and on offense...so we have the ball..
