"Good points about IMTV but technically the stock is not acting like it's worth at least 1.00..."

The reason IMTV is not trading above $1 yet is because IMTV has not yet made a decision on what to do (whether to liquidate, get bought out, stock buyback, dutch tender, buy out another company's assets, etc)... So until positive action is taken there will continue to be a "risk spread" in the price.

IMTV could yet screw things up so price won't increase much outa this range until positively viewed action is taken. I'd say it'll take IMTV 3 months tops to review their strategic options and then make announcement. Liquidation, buyout of IMTV would likely pop price to $1+.. But if IMTV buys out another company , then price may not go anywhere or even fall from current price. But it will be interesting to see what option IMTV takes in the coming months. Good risk/reward type play. and don't have to wait very long
