I took all of my D-link crap back..even though it was cheaper I prefer NETGEAR..look for rebates etc. I use a wireless router which has 4 ports for wired hookups...modem inputs to router ..shared printer

ignore the range that they claim..i find it's pretty much BS and since every environment is different there's no telling until you hook up and walk away with a laptop..and watch the signal drop well before they claim. I've tried, with no success, to find a router with a jack/input for an external antenna..as in OUTSIDE the house..apparently these things aren't available to consumers yet

Nemer, I installed Linksys hardware in June and it's worked flawlessly. Setup instructions were clear and the quick install sheet was all that was needed. Here's the hardware list

1 Linksys LNE100TX EtherFast 10/100 LAN Card Linksys
1 Linksys WPC11 Wireless Network PC Card Linksys
1 Linksys BEFW11S4 Wireless 4-Port Cable/DSL Router
