In retrospect, what did you experience and think of last year's rally that began around the same time? Chris: It looks like a similar pattern but this year has the benefit of additional rate cuts during 2002... The rubber will hit the road in January of 2003... If the markets don't fall back, as they did this year, we could see the beginning of a new intermediate term bull market... bigcharts.marketwatch.com The rate of descent is leveling off...
