Futures are not options so I am not sure it needs to be factored in at all. Futures buying and selling does not affect the max pain TARGET on QQQ as the target is solely based on options OI. Obviously buying/selling futures determines whether or not QQQ gets to max pain, but the OI interest is what determines pain target.

If OI on MSFT and INTC go down as a result of single futures then I would suggest that pain reliability could drop as well but other than that I see no effect.
