Hi Maurice, I could pull up one of my old post to you concerning electrical engineering or CDMA and have a bit of fun, but I will not do so, just yet.

If I were China Inc. I would engage in trading of QCOM stock, now that I realize I can move the QCOM market every which way I want, by just writing news releases:0)

As regard to <<cheapskate chisellers>>, anything higher than 0% is too high, if 0% is an option. Do not forget, -2% is even better;0)
