And I said if a state or city wanted to spend money on the arts and their constitutions and charters let 'em, let 'em. The feds are different matter. Gateway And for each Gateway, there are a thousand towns that die for pure economic reasons. And the stated reason in that case could have been a ruse. Maybe upper management had straight business reasons for wanting to move and used that as an excuse. To a city with a baseball team and an opera and a beautiful municipally run and funded beach. <g> And NO government has any business wasting my tax dollars on sports teams! Beaches are a different matter. I like them. :-)
