>>Every body is laughing and having a real Koombia ole' time<<

Actually,it isn't always considered irreverent or disrespectful to laugh or not be mournful at certian times during a funeral, especially when people are first meeting, but not in the church during the service usually.

As a matter of fact, In some cultures it is expected of you to be cheerful, and more especially if the deceased was a very cheerfull person too.

No biggie.......

I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one.
I'd like to leave an afterflow of smiles when life is done.
I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways.
Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun.
Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

Dear M: I agree with you but then I am not Irish. Have you ever been to an Irish wake? Now those people know how to PARTY at a funeral. (gg)
As an aside, did you notice the SMIRK on the Clintons faces, Gawd its digusting, maybe its just me though. JDN

That is what I thought would happen....I can see it now...Teddy ends up the evening wearing a lampshade and asking a young lady to take a ride...Billybubba is under the bleachers looking up dresses, Someone has propped old Mondales arm(and false teeth) up to make him look almost lifelike as he waves to the crowd.......all for Wellstones memorial of course.....
