I am trying to imagine standing at my own father's memorial service and doing a comedy act. I could have made jokes about his WWII service, his life of dedicated work, and how he couldn't even divorce one wife for 59 years. Nope: Even Minnesota "farmers"/"laborers"/"Democrats" have BEEN there. They may lean left in their choices for federal office, but this sort of crap from ANYBODY offends them deeply...

I have been to several funerals in my life time, and I don't ever recall laughter by the funeral goers. I remember laughter at the wake, but never at the funeral EVER.............. IT IS NOT DONE, PERIOD END OF DISCUSSION. The fine folk of Minnesota understand that, and will remember this spectacle. M
